Dinner in the Cellar 2025

Chef Aaron Jollymore and his team are, once again, delivering a mouthwatering, seven course meal for our Enthusiast Club exclusive Dinner in the Cellar. Each course is paired with wines from future and current releases, our library, and a barrel sample! Have a look at the carefully curated menu and wine pairings below! Seats are limited and fill up quickly! Email your reservation to wine@cccellars.com or give us a call at the winery (208-816-4679). 

Tickets are $150 per seat (includes tax & gratuity).
Reservations are limited to two seats per membership.
Seating will take place at large, family-style tables.

Doors open at 5:30pm • Dinner at 6pm

Saturday, February 22nd
Doors open at 4:30pm • Dinner at 5pm

Sunday, February 23rd
Doors open at 4:30pm • Dinner at 5pm

*Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the dinner. The menu is gluten-free, aside from the amuse bouche, which can be accommodated if requested.
