Donation Requests

Thank you for thinking of Clearwater Canyon Cellars for a donation. Each year we receive donation requests nearly every day. As a result we find it necessary as a small business to establish a company policy to allow us to adhere to an affordable yearly budget for charitable donations.

Our Mission of Charitable Contributions

Clearwater Canyon Cellars has chosen to support a number of causes that are near and dear to our hearts. The focus is our dedication toward causes of promoting and supporting the needs of children, cancer patient support and improving our local community. If your organization is interested in one of these donations and meets the following criteria please fill the following form for our consideration:

• You must provide a current 501(c)(3) designation. Any request made without a 501(c)(3) designation, may be declined. Preference will be given to the organizations which closely fit our charitable mission.
• All requests must be made at least one month from the date of the event. Any request made with less than one month remaining before the event, may be declined.
• Only requests made by email or mail will be considered.
• Due to the volume of requests, phone solicitations will not be accepted.
• If your event falls within our guidelines and is approved, we will notify you via email shortly after receipt of your request.
• Unfortunately, the volume of donation requests we receive does not allow us to support or respond to every request.
